Seven Seas Voyager
Built 2003, shot in November ten years later. Ancona port. Officially the end of the trip. At the time i’m writing the ship is heading to Komodo island (sic!).

Mr. Gavin MacLeod, our captain (as stated).
Zenith
Santorini harbour, beginning of November 2013. Really similar in my fantasy to Love Boat’s Pacific Princess. The vessel features in David Foster Wallace’s essay “A supposedly fun thing I’ll never do again”, being rechristened as ‘Nadir’.
Blue Star Ithaki
Newcomer ferry, built year 2000. Shot from Ermoupoli dock, Syros island. Late October 2013.
Mytilene
Built in 1973 (but renovated in 1992). As you can easily see, part of greek islands history; how pleasant to live it on board. Shot in October 2013.
European Express
Crossing out of Samos-Karlovasi port. Vessel built in 1974. Shot from epic, almost twin vessel, Mytilene. If not ‘european’, ‘express’ is nowadays somewhat optimistic. October 2013.
Santorini port
Messy functional square. Signs of creation in upper part; temporary ants below. Early November 2013.
Trafalgar square
A proper square with lions, fountain, clean pigeons, white marble and lovely rain. Beginning of October 2013.

Messy unfunctional square. Almost 3am, mid-september 2013.
